Does the time you eat cause you to lose weight or gain weight
Traditionally, people tend to eat three meals a day, Starting with Breakfast when they get up. Noon, its time for lunch. After 6 PM. so it must be time for dinner and you should eat whether you are hungry or not. On top of this you might have coffee or tea break. The English love afternoon tea and cakes.
This is a great way to gain weight. Its also a rather unhealthy routine to get stuck in. If this sounds like you, dont feel bad because its how the majority of people handle their day-to-day eating. Why? Basically because it makes things a lot easier. If everyone else is sitting down to dinner, its not that easy to say well, Im not hungry yet so Ill eat later.
But thats exactly what you should do! If noon arrives and your family says its time for lunch, by all means eat if you are truly hungry. However, if you find that you simply are not hungry, go ahead and pass on eating. Your body will tell you when you truly need food. On the other hand, if dinnertime is 2 hours away and youre starving, dont torture yourself. Eat something right then. Preferably a health option snack such as an orange or other fruit.
What I find is that if I listen to my body in this manner, I tend to lose weight and very easily at that. The pounds almost seem to literally melt off. Im not a scientist so I have no idea why that is, but it does work. Even if it is midnight, if I find myself truly hungry I eat something. The key is dont eat lots of unhealthy foods. Try to find things to eat that are healthy.
A lot of people eat because they are bored, so you always need to ask yourself why you are eating. As I said earlier if you are trying to lose weight trying eating at least five portions of fruit a day.
These are great habits to get into if you are trying to find the best ways to >lose weight fast. Once you get used to following this plan you wont even think twice about it, and as a bonus, you wont have to go through the day feeling hungry.
