1. MLM Lead Quality

Obvious yet vital. And you would be surprised at how often it gets ‘overlooked’. If leads are rubbish then you waste money, and even more crucially your time.

Worse still - contacting bad leads also hits your confidence and motivation. There’s nothing worse than call after call to people who just aren’t interested, have no idea what you’re talking about or who are just bemused as to why you are calling.

And even more important, you’re going to be passing your best mlm leads sources to your own downline. So rubbish leads will have the same negative effects on your entire team.

Do not be fooled by slick looking websites alone. It’s JUST the leads themselves that really count. So test a couple of small batches. And keep an eye on the quality when you buy again.

2. Training

It’s a big part of any decent MLM company. But the best leads companies also include training on how to use leads. This may be online videos, live training or paid for materials.

If that training is not there then you need to make sure you make it easily available. You may not require it yourself, but many people in your downline certainly will.

3. Targeted Leads

Targeted MLM leads may mean the lead company is generating leads specifically for your MLM company. Or it could be geographic targeting. Or using demographics such as age, gender and income.

This extra targeting means you instantly know more about the people you talk to. It can be important in reaching the right prospects for your product, helping bond with prospects and in the end getting the right people to work with.

Do not underestimate targeted MLM leads.

4. Price

There are so many sources of cheap MLM leads. Forget them. If their only focus is being cheap, then those leads are not what you want.

There is a cost to generating a decent lead. And the leads company has to make a profit above that cost. Yes, you want the best price MLM leads, but that will usually mean paying one to two dollars.

But remember that when you do pay a couple of dollars for a lead, that lead could well generate many thousands of dollars in return for you over time. That’s why the best mlm leads are an investment.
