Third, along with number two, “Let the other person dominate the conversation.” Ask a lot of questions so the prospective MLM lead can dominate the talking. People love to chat about themselves and they feel a bonding to other people who listen to them. Offer encouragement at there failures and congratulations at there successes. You interest will make them feel like a million bucks and they will want to associate with you.

When recruiting prospective network marketing the idea is to help them want to part of your team. The truly good potential members will not be swayed by a pie in the sky sales pitch about fabulous wealth. The people who will build your business are the ones who are willing to do the foot work required for both your interests.

When you are pitching prospective members you will be selling yourself while they sell themselves. You must do everything possible to make them comfortable so they will want to do business with you. Network marketing really is about how well you connect.
