I just went through training at my work, and it was an interesting experience, none of which I have ever been exposed to. Virtual Instructor Led organizational training courses. I was really beneficial for me and helped me grasp the concept so much better. I was able to see what they were doing on their computer screen and how they went about doing stuff that made a task more time efficient. What is even better is that after the course was finished I had access to the PowerPoints for future reference when I get stuck. The virtual learning environment is certainly a place where a lot of people can learn more effectively.. as we know different people have various learning styles but I found this to be most effective.
